Terms & Conditions for Course Registration
All registration and course fees must be paid prior to the start of the course. Educare Training and Consulting reserves the right to amend content, timings, dates and published prices, or to cancel any event. Changes to prices, times and dates will be advised before the programme start date. Any event paid in full will not be subject to the increased price.
The registration fee is non-refundable. All requests for cancellations and/or transfers from delegates must be received in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as below:
- 60 calendar days or more – Full refund minus the registration fee.
- Less than 60 days – No refund
- Failure to attend – No refund
- If you cannot attend the course, you may transfer your place to another person by informing us in writing within 30 days before the course date.
- Only one course transfer or substitution is permitted per booking.
- In the event of insufficient numbers booked onto a course Educare Training & Consulting reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course.
- In the event of cancellation of a course by Educare Training & Consulting, we will inform all participants before the course is due to take place. All course fees paid will be reimbursed in full, or the payment will be transferred in full to another course that you may choose.
