We have formed a new partnership with the University of Canterbury in New Zealand with the aim of enhancing professional development of the early childhood sector in Qatar and are pleased to announce our first collaborative project “2015 ENRICH EDUCATION” Study Tour for Professional Development of Principals and Lead Teachers in Early Childhood Education

The tour is designed for Educators, Leadership Teams, Researchers, Policy-Makers and all who are involved in and realise the importance of early childhood education.

The University of Canterbury is the only university in New Zealand in 2014 rated FIVE STARS by QS Worldwide University Rankings with Education as a Lead Ranking discipline in the University. The College of Education is a specialised Educator training institution and has been a leader in this field in New Zealand for decades.

The College includes Academics who are international leaders in their fields and we are committed to providing world class training to both domestic students and international clients. We work closely with international institutions to design and deliver quality, client-focussed training programmes that consistently receive positive appraisal from the participants. The programme will focus on the topic “Professional Development for Principals and Lead Teachers in Early Childhood Education” and the College of Education will utilize staff and researchers who are experts in this field to design and deliver the course. The programme will include lectures, workshops, seminars and discussions as well as visits to local schools and Early Years Education Centres who work in partnership with the College of Education.

The College of Education has considerable experience in developing and delivering customized professional development short course for international educators previously.
